A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Yes! Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@worldsuperstorez.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return authorisation.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will appear back in your original payment account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@worldsuperstorez.com.
We are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@worldsuperstorez.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.

Fragrance Guide
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15–20%) and typically lasts 6–8 hours. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5–15%) and lasts 3–5 hours. EDPs are generally richer and more intense, while EDTs are lighter and better for daytime or warmer climates.
To maximise your fragrance's lifespan:
  • Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep away from heat sources and humidity (avoid bathrooms)
  • Keep the bottle tightly capped when not in use
  • Store in the original box when possible
Properly stored, most fragrances will last 3–5 years.
For the best scent projection and longevity:
  • Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows
  • Apply after showering when your skin is clean and slightly warm
  • Do not rub wrists together after applying as this breaks down the scent molecules
  • Moisturised skin holds fragrance longer — use unscented lotion first
